Fanch Energy Services offers Life Cycle Procurement Services through an established alliance of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Freight Forwarding Companies

 

This service can be offered on a Project support basis to allow FES' Client optimise project delivery through inventory management services, stock retention and long lead items expedition

FES provide inventory and stock management services through our warehouses in Port Harcourt and Sapele. Within this service, FES has the capability to provide climate controlled storage of long-lead and/or critical items for use by our clients

 

Stock Retention and Inventory Management process is an important and strategic component of logistics and operational services. It is a tool used to ensure

  • seamless operations

  • improve equipment availability and product quality,

  • reduce downtime due to access to replacement spares.

This service can be shaped to match Client's requirements for Field Development, Facility Maintenance, EPC Project etc
